Description:

Kobi is a sweet bundle of energy that just wants to love and be loved! Timid when experiencing something new- he is a quick learner and will soon go right along with you. He is a smart little guy who is known to test the waters (in typical Sheltie fashion) to see what he can get away with. He is quite the frisbee catcher/fetcher and will play until you make him stop and go into the house. When not playing he will usually settle down for a nap- on or close to your lap of feet so that he doesn't miss anything if you were to get up. He knows where the toybox is and will pull toys out to play on his own with.  Although he would be more than happy to let you throw his toys so that he can fetch and bring back to you!

Kobi is house trained and has done wonderfully in the house. He is also crate trained and will willingly go in with a treat when you leave, or go to bed for the night. He has also taken naps, on his own, in his crate. He is very food motivated and is working on taking treats more gently. No food can be left alone within his reach or he will certainly take it. He is settling in quite nicely and becoming more comfortable and relaxed each day as he learns our expectations and routines. He is such a joy!!
