Description:

Fergus is a handsome boy and is just over a year old.  He would love to have a  fenced in yard and a doggie sibling in his forever home who would enjoy a good game of chase or  other play activities with him.  And, it would give him a great way to burn off his young adult energetic view of life.  He is a smart boy, understanding the words Potty, Outside, In your bed (the crate), Sit and Eat.  He is crate trained and is crated when his family is gone and to eat meals.  He often goes in to nap so he sees the crate as a comfy place to relax.

Fergus gets along well with the resident dogs, even the 16 years old who is blind, as well as the cat.  He is affectionate, learns quickly and is playful.  He has not had much experience using a leash but he is eager to please. He doesn't mind loud noises and is not timid or fearful.   Although he is still young, he is a sweet, attentive, and a joy to have around.
