Description:

This charming collie pup has made quite the impression on his foster mom. Although he’s only been there a week, he sticks to her in the house, preferring her company to that of her collies. Or perhaps it’s because Benson doesn’t want anything to happen without him knowing about it. He is a curious puppy after all. So, no surprise he’s already learned what “no” means. Housetraining is in progress, but Benson will whine to indicate when he needs to be let out. Benson has shown his foster mom he wants to please. He likes treats so add that to his desire to make his human happy, and Benson should be very trainable. 

Benson plays tug with her collies and likes to jump on them in play. He’s happy to meet other dogs, but it might take a couple of days for Benson to truly feel comfortable with them. He’s been curious about the cats, but he knows to leave them alone when they indicate they aren’t interested.

Benson is a loving, alert, social, and curious young collie pup who can’t wait to be part of his forever home.
