Description:

Stunningly handsome Silas is a collie mix. He loves everyone he’s met, people and dogs alike, and soon they are his friends. Outside, Silas is a high energy dog. Inside, he is well mannered and calm and loves to play with toys.  

Silas will come when called and does pay attention to his foster mom. This is important when he’s running outside because Silas does have a propensity to chase anything that moves. He walks well on a leash. He doesn’t mind being put in a crate, but doesn’t need to be crated. With all of his outside energy, he might do best with another dog or an active family to help him burn it off. 

Silas is smart, loving, full of life, and sees everyone as his friend. He is the embodiment of joy.
