“We just love her!” This quote came from Amy’s foster family. She is a gorgeous 15-month-old sable collie who came to Almost Home as an owner surrender.  At first Amy was a bit anxious around her new surroundings, but she quickly caught on to the family’s routine. She was initially curious about the family pets, both cat and dogs, but swiftly adjusted and became very comfortable. Her foster family believes this is due to her intelligence. They are working on her commands, using treats as a motivator, and she is quick to learn new things.

Amy is described as special. She is friendly, trustworthy and will cuddle up when it is time to settle in. She loves to play with toys and enjoys the company of her foster family. She is “pure love!”
