Starr is an independent lass who loves to explore the great outdoors and chase the birds she sees. Little goes unnoticed in Starr’s atmosphere. Smart as they come, Starr sometimes thinks she knows best, so she can be a bit of an alpha female. She enjoys meeting kids on her walks in the neighborhood and interacting with other dogs. She is a friendly, sweet girl. Starr enjoys playing and snuggling with her human equally. She is learning commands and settling in at her foster mom’s home. Starr can be a bit silly at times— like in the morning when she runs out to give the yard a once-over, and happily barks to let the world know that Starr is here and rarin’ to go!
