Description:

Super, sweet, snuggler…that is how Callie is described by her foster family. This tri color border collie mix was rescued by Almost Home from a shelter. Her foster family says she fits right into the family, playing with the foster’s dogs and kids and warming up to anyone she comes in contact with. Even the vet was enchanted, bringing her extra toys to take home.

Callie is smart. She knows her “sit,” “off” and “out” commands. Due to the winter cold, she has had limited leash time, but when she is outside, she enjoys running and chasing the other dogs. In the house, after playing with her toys, she can be a real couch potato, happy to settle in and cuddle with her family. She doesn't bark a lot; however, when she does, she is loud, making her a good watch dog for the home. This  loving, happy sweetie will make a great addition to her new home!
