Description:
Lulu gives you the impression that she is so happy and thankful to be in a home with all the comforts! She loves to lay on the couch or any soft comfortable place. She’ll look at you to please never take that away. She does not need to be crated. She has a middle age calmness about her, so she has excellent house manners. She does not do anything wrong that some dogs will do like chew, bark, jump up and counter surf. She is the same way when outside. She is quiet, likes to sniff and explore but does not tear anything up or dig. She rarely barks. She’s not interested in running or playing. She will come when you call her.
She does prefer women and does want to follow and protect her owner. If Lulu is by her foster mom and her foster dad approaches her, she will start to growl. Lulu listens when her foster mom tells her “no”. But when her foster mom isn’t home, she doesn’t have this behavior. At first seemingly scared of her foster dad and now, he has earned her trust, and she will let him pet her. She’s similar with their kids and dogs. Lulu takes awhile to trust new people, but over time, she is learning that it is okay to trust.
Lulu is an easy, good, loving, and loyal dog.
A perfect home would involve a female looking for a companion that is low maintenance and will be patient with Lulu trusting anyone else in her life.
