Sam is joy and love personified. This extremely happy and upbeat boy loves being with his person and enjoying what his new life has to offer. He is treat motivated and eager to please. His tail has a lot of wag in it because he’s so happy. When he does lie down, he likes to lie down in a “sploot”. Too cute! He’s been learning commands and gets along with his foster’s dogs and cat. He wants to play with the cat if the cat lets him, but he respects their space. Almost always. Sam is energetic which is typical of both breeds at his age. His foster mom shared that the other day she let her two dogs and Sam out in the yard but had to step back inside for a few minutes. When she went out, she saw that the fence gate had come open and her dogs were now in the neighbor’s yard. But Sam? Sam was lying on the deck watching her dogs. He is such a good boy! Sam is loving, loyal and happy with a real joie de vivre. Who could use the joy, exercise and love Sam will bring to their life?
