Description:
Take a look at this handsome boy. Hunter has a beautiful sable and white coat that he wears so well. Due to unfortunate circumstances, he needed to find a new home and is slowly adjusting to his new environment. When he arrived at his foster home, he was tentative, cautious and very timid. His foster family is helping him adapt to his new surroundings by taking baby steps with him each day. He has met all of the family dogs and was rather indifferent to them. He is adjusting to the family routines and has finally figured out the dinner schedule, getting excited for his dinner and treat time!
Hunter has been introduced to other people but is very wary. He needs to be in a comfortable safe space and feel secure in the situation. He is cautiously warming up to his foster family as he gains their trust, and he especially enjoys the walks they take together. Using treats to motivate him, he is slowly learning his commands and his potty routine. Since he is still figuring things out, he will benefit from being in a home that can provide additional training and consistency. With continued love and support, he will gain more confidence and flourish into the dog he was meant to be.
