Misty is all about love—whether it’s snuggles from people or playtime with other dogs. She’s having a blast with her foster dog siblings and is learning more every day. When she first discovered dog toys, she wasn’t quite sure what to think (it seemed like she’d never seen one before!), but it didn’t take her long to figure out just how much fun they are.
Due to some previous escapades, Misty needs a home with a secure fenced yard where she can safely explore, run, and play. Misty has been anxious when riding in a car, but her foster mom has been gently working with her on this to help her overcome her fear.
Misty loves meeting new people and dogs. Her favorite way to greet canine friends is muzzle-to-muzzle, though not every dog appreciates that—when they let her know, she listens and reacts appropriately.
This sweet girl is friendly, unassuming, playful, and fun. She’s blossoming in her foster home while she waits for her forever family. Misty believes a stranger is just a friend she hasn’t met yet, and if you’re ready to share unconditional love, she’s ready to return it tenfold. Come meet Misty!
