Due to unfortunate circumstances, Marley’s previous owner had to find him a new home, but Marley has adjusted quickly and beautifully to his foster family. He loves being around his people all the time and doesn’t want to miss any chance to be near them. He follows his humans everywhere, even sleeping on the floor beside their bed at night to keep a gentle, watchful eye.
Being an older dog, Marley already knows commands like sit, down, stay, and come—and he’s always eager to learn more, especially if snacks are involved, since he’s motivated by both food and treats. Marley loves the outdoors and enjoys sniffing around and exploring, but he will come when called, content in the comfort of his foster home. When meeting other dogs, Marley is a little tentative and curious at first, but once he warms up, he is playful and enjoys their company. And bonus, he gets along great with cats, too!
